De Logitech Harmony 900 is een duur apparaat van bijna vierhonderd euro, welke als enige toevoeging, ten opzicht van de Harmony One, de RF-technologie ondersteund. Voor de rest is het apparaat naar mijn gevoel hetzelfde als de Harmony One, dus ik zie nog niet waarom deze zo duur moet zijn. De afstandbediening werkt wel erg gebruiksvriendelijk, maar aan de andere kant doet hij er vrij lang over om een apparaat op te starten. Lees Meer

Logitech's Harmony 900 strikes an ideal balance between features and price, for a superb value. We heaped a fair amount of praise on Logitech’s Harmony 1100 universal remote last April. But the reality is that while that touchscreen device is supremely easy to program and drop-dead sexy to boot, it costs as much as the small HDTV or entry-level A/V receiver you might use it to control. De synergie tussen huiskamer en pc-wereld heeft maar één nadeel: het aantal afstandsbedieningen stijgt met ieder apparaat dat je toevoegt. Overall I was very pleased with the remote. I had read several reviews about limited range but have not had any problems in my set up. I did have to tweak the placement of the IR blasters to get everything working, but using velcro let me orient them easily. I had done extensive research before paying this amount of money for a remote, the only disappointment I have is that, even though Logitech's website stated it would support my Vudu box (RF only remote), the Harmony... This was an excellent purchase for my home entertainment setup. The rf blasters work great with my hidden components. I can point the remote anywhere and all the components work. Setup was easy thanks to the install cd. This is my third harmony remote (I have upgraded twice now and transferred old remotes to other rooms). I would buy this remote again if need be. While this unit is pricey (not on Abes of course), its far superior to all of the other Logitech universal remotes due to its RF (radio frequency) transmission. If you have multiple components and a TV and they are not all next to each other, its very hard to aim perfectly (with normal infrared) to control them all at once. With the RF blasters, you can place them where ever they are needed and there is no longer a need to aim the remote. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
