    Less than three short years into the life of the Blu-ray Disc format and already it's not good enough to have a killer Blu-ray Disc player with outstanding audio and video performance. We expect more: dynamic PiP commentary over the film, interactive web-based content, multi-media playback, online audio and video streaming capabilities, etc. And Samsung's current Blu-ray offering, the BD-P3600 has all this and more… perhaps too much more (but we'll get to that).     If you're in the market for a Blu-ray player, you should give the BD-P3600 a good look. It's a bit pricey, but has the features to match the price, And performance speed and image quality are excellent.     The Samsung BD-P3600 is a terrific Blu-ray player and the fastest on the market, loading discs faster than the PlayStation 3. We like pretty much everything about it, apart from its slightly limited codec support for MKV and DivX-HD playback.     Bought this player 2 years ago, firmware updates do not keep up with current releases. That means if you are a Netflix member and get newly released bluerays, they don't play on this DVD player. Their customer service response is that you just have to wait and hope their programmers get the firmware updates. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    I bought this player based off the CNet review and was surprised at how slow the load times are. This is my first blu-ray player so not sure how they normally are, but it was appalling based off of DVD players. The player would freeze up randomly as well. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    • Wifi setup was easy, Netflix was as well.
    • Slow load times, sometimes freezes

    Fixes. get your player updated to the latest firmware. IF you have trouble with having to load the disc multiple times before it will play them = hold down the >> fast forward button until the player restarts! it will clean out the mem and start working like it should.
