I received the turntable as a gift. The only thing I don't like about the EZ conversion software is that it doesn't allow one to pause the recording step when one has to turn over the LP. I found that I could get around this minor issue by creating a dummy track and then deleting it when everything was loaded into iTunes. The sound quality of the MP3 files created will be just as good as your LP. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

I'm not looking for audiophile perfection, just a way to reliably get LPs into MP3s. The turntable does the job for me very well. I've digitized dozens of albums, never with any problem. The software is not the greatest, but I have other apps for improving digital audio files. I've had several friends mail me old albums to convert once they found out I had this device. You can plug a cassette tape player into the jack and then convert from cassette to MP3 also. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

The product works fine from a basic standpoint if you're a novice computer user.In spite of the good quality recordings you make and ease of use,it has some major drawbacks.First,it doesn't allow you to store your files where you choose.By default,it stores them in a seperate library folder of it's choosing and you need to download a program for that.You should be free to select your own folders for those purposes.
