    Ik geef het maar meteen toe: het is nog nooit zo heerlijk geweest om Bowser eens lekker uit te wonen. Ik heb de beste schildpad leren kennen op manieren die ik van te voren nooit voor ogen had gezien. We hebben hier simpelweg te maken met een DS-game van ongekend formaat en misschien wel de beste RPG die de handheld ooit heeft mogen kennen. Of het de beste DS-game van het jaar is, mag afhangen van het aankomende Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Lees Meer

    Na het ietwat teleurstellende Partners in Time slaat Mario weer genadeloos toe, maar eigenlijk steelt Bowser zijn show. De sfeer die de game ademt, het gevechtsysteem, het verrassende plot en een uniek personage zorgen ervoor dat de DS-bezitter weer voor een onmogelijke keuze staat, met zoveel topgames deze tijd.     Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story is nearly the perfect portable RPG. The characters are iconic and identifiable, the script is funny and well written, the soundtrack is a joy to listen to, it looks bright and clear and it is easy to get immersed in the tale. Even better, it manages to be the kind of game that beginners and veterans can get into and enjoy, the tutorials are clear and gameplay is intuitive, but there isn’t any overbearing hand-holding.     • Clear and bright worlds and characters, funny script, could be a good first RPG for people, interesting gameplay, lots of areas to explore, can see the map at any time...
    • No save anywhere. Bros items are gone. Not a lot of side quests.

    Max & The Magic Marker is a legitimate effort of a platformer with many shortcomings that drain the experience of the tremendous amount of fun that - could - be had. Ultimately though, it is not the design, but the execution that handicaps this game. Max & The Magic Marker asks from its players a level of accuracy that it can't deliver itself. If you thought that New Super Mario Brothers on the DS had been pretty manic for a platformer, then Bowser's Inside Story is a hell of a load of agonising and memorable game play rolled up into a Mario RPG unlike any other.     De toevoeging van Bowser zorgt ervoor dat ook dit dit derde deel heerlijk fris aanvoelt. Maar dat betekent niet dat de loodgieters zelf hun mannetje niet staan. De samenwerking tussen deze twee zorgt voor toffe puzzels en hilarische taferelen. Variatie is het sleutelwoord in deze game en in combinatie met het toffe verhaal motiveert dit je steeds om verder te spelen. Lees Meer

    Honest to God, I do not know why I bought this game. I’m going back a couple of years so it was probably a typical ‘Oh, pretty!’ reaction mixed with some nostalgia about how much I used to love Mario before the days I could actually play Mario. In basic terms not good reasons to buy a game (now you see why I end up with so much crud on the DS!). Somehow however, I hit jackpot. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    I have had this game for a while and I am near the end, it is really hard at the point im at. This game is great and where people say there is to much reading I dont see why they say so and you can always use a little reading while your are playing mindless video games. The control sceam is great the characters have their own buttons and screans along with abilities for each of them. You can play as mario and luigi and bowser. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
