    De Rikiki heeft een minimalistische metalen behuizing die eigenlijk niemand lelijk kan vinden. Dankzij usb 3.0 zijn de prestaties een stuk beter dan een externe harde schijf met usb 2.0, maar daar hebt u uiteraard wel usb 3.0-poorten voor nodig.     LaCie aim to produce external drives for just about any purpose, so the Rikiki 301911 is designed to be solely a portable drive, especially given its strong aluminum casing.     First of all, I'm a photographer which means I have thousands of photos to back up on a daily basis. The product has a great look to it and it's also USB 3.0 which was a great selling point for me because it's all about speed. I've had it for about 2 weeks right now and when I tried to plug in the USB cable to the harddrive, the connector went all the way in. Which means?!     If you want the smallest hard drive then LaCie Rikiki portable hard Drive should be the best bet. The 640 GB capacity packed into this small piece is amazing. The design is also good. Other than the design, storage capacity and its portability, there is nothing much to rave about this hard drive. The drive also works silently. No maddening noises that the hard drives usually make.     Great product from LaCie. Nice, compact design. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that USB 3.0 isn't all it's cracked up to be. Advertised at 5 to 10 times the throughput of USB 2.0. I'm only getting 2 times faster. Probably no fault of LaCie, just the USB 3.0 spec. Twice as fast is a great improvement for sure. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    Mein Feedback in aller Kürze: - nutze sie als Backup-Platte am MacPro - ist schön klein - Kabel zwar nicht fix am Gehäuse, aber trotzdem sehr nützlich - hochwertiges Gehäuse - mir ist sie leise genug - Geschwindigkeit reicht mir aus (für eine Backupplatte) Bin sehr zufrieden und habe deshalb bereits die zweite Rikiki.
