    Imagine yourself crashing into an unknown planet with a limited supply of oxygen and your ship?s vital parts being thrown in every possible direction. How do you survive? This is the preface of the original Pikmin and although the narrative is rather weak, the game presents some truly imaginative ideas. The problem is that the original Pikmin was very restricted in how it played - the game ends after 30 days, regardless if you recover your ship or not. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    Pikmin 2 is not only an extremely good sequel but it is also an extremely well made game. It is a welcome sequel that makes the Pikmin franchise even stronger. It is a sequel that lives up to and possibly even exceeds the hype. And just think, this fantastic game was dreamt up in one mans head as he sat in his garden one day, what a simple idea that transformed into possibly one of the greatest next gen franchises.     I remember playing the first Pikmin game when it was released shortly after the GameCube launch. The player assumed the role of the hapless Captain Olimar, whose spaceship crashed on a mysterious planet, scattering ship parts everywhere.     Before I write this review, I have to tell you a few things about myself. Firstly, I love video games. I'm not into fighting games or shooting games or anything, but I'm a huge fan of games like Zelda and Mario, that are fun but not to easy. Secondly, I am totally obsessed with cute things.     If you loved Pikmin then you are going to love Pikmin 2 quite simply. I am reviewing this now after obtaining a copy to play on my Wii. Its very hard to get hold of nowadays. I love the fact there are the new colours\types of Pikmin as they are great! it adds another dimension to the game. Oh please let there be a Wii version coming this way!     PIKMIN IS BACK...and it is better than ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Pikmin game was the first Pikmin game i have played but i should of played the first one because my brother, had the first game but didn't introduce it to me and he sold it and he bought this Pikmin and i thought it was brilliant and i had to buy the first one back.
