Die Asus Xonar D1 Low-Profile PCI-Karte liefert schnelle Audioleistung und intensive, realistische Töne in allen Spielen. Auch der Klang mit Kopfhörern ist besser - so gut, dass man schwören könnte den Ton eines Surroundsystems zu hören. Replaced the freebie sound card on my Maximus iii Formula. It was like a night and day exchange. My old Altec Lansing gt5051 sounds more robust and kicks the bass in overdrive. Should have purchased this card in the beginning. It happens when you get cheap on a build.... Never again! Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

I considered this card or the one just below it. Decided to go with the more expensive one and am very glad I did. A friend of mine has the dx I think it is called and it has great audio to but this one is a bit better. Altough I am biased since I just spent $110 on it. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

The souncard market has never really been swamped with options. For those of us who don't use onboard sound and demand a seperate sound card for our sorround sound/gaming/music needs theres never been much choice. Most people go with Creative as they are well known and apparently respectable. I did just that a few years ago, it was a mistake. Their driver and customer support, especially for Windows Vista users is seriously lacking. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

Dies ist mein Bericht zur Asus Xonar D1 Soundkarte vom Hersteller Asus. Ich stand vor der Wahl einer Creative XI-FI Platinum und eben dieser Soundkarte von Asus. Kaufargument waren für mich der Sound header für Front Sound um das Sound und Mic Signal außen ans Pc Gehäuse zu führen - sprich man kann die beiden Anschlüsse an der Pc front benutzen. - Absolut klarer Sound, Front Panel Ausgang, Dolby DTS, natives EAX, asio 2 . 0
- front sound und backsound laufen nicht gleichzeitig ;)
