    Het aansluiten van de kaart is kinderspel. Creative geeft op dat een intel kaart van minimaal 2.2 mhz nodig is, maar op mijn notebook met de intel celeron 1.73 werkt de kaart ook prima. Geluidskwaliteit is schitterend. Lees Meer

    As a wrap-up, DO NOT BUY FOR A NETBOOK. Why not? Because this device does all it's audio processing on your computers CPU, INSTEAD of on the devices own hardware, where it SHOULD. So, in essence, you are getting NO HARDWARE ACCELERATION at all! Instead, all this device does is enable SOFTWARE acceleration and more I/O ports.     By David G. Beneke I bought the Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Pro, because I love and still use my six year old Creative X-fi Usb card with great results, as both a sound card and digitizer, but it is only 16 bit 44k. The fact that it is THX certified (I have always have very impressive results with their certification) was another factor.     BACKGROUND INFORMATION In present days computer configuration, considering both laptop and desktop, suppliers tend to supply a built in sound card integrated with motherboard. Yes, technically it allows the consumers to listen the multimedia and enjoy the games. But it does not give you the best output comparing to a sound card can provides.
