    The HD 201s would make a great spare pair of headphones and won't put too much of a dint in your budget. They're less well-suited to everyday use, though; because the lack of equilibrium across different parts of the spectrum and the fact that they leave your ears very hot both quickly become irritating.     The headphones have a pad at the top and around the ears, which are adjustable vertically. They also rotate somewhat and can tilt inward. It would be expected that with all these features, they would be perfectly comfortable. However, after wearing them for a couple of hours, I noticed a slight pain around my ears.     Two weeks ago my good old earphones stopped working and I started looking for a new pair on the Internet. After doing some more research I decided not to go for another pair of earphones but for headphones, as I would mainly use them at home.     Het is een zeer lichte hoofdtelefoon, je voelt bijna niet dat je hem op je hoofd hebt. De oorschelpen zijn zeer conform, geen pijn aan de oren bij langdurig gebruik. Zeer goede, zuivere, kwalitatieve speakers die er in zitten. Eén nadeel, voor zij die niet van draden houden, naar elke schelp loopt er één draad. Lees Meer

    I am completely satisfied with these headphones. At the price I did not expect to get an audiophiles dream: I did get good headphones that provide good qualiity sound, better than I would expect at the price. I love the long cord becaus it allows some mobility while using them. I find they are very comfortable, and while they are not nor were supposed to be sound canceling, they do provide some buffering of outside sounds. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    Bought two over a year ago and after light use, both broke at the point between the ear cup and the extender - snapped from the stress of taking them off and putting them on. It would appear that the plastic is not strong enough for this type of repeated use. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    These headphones have very good bass I can hear sub bass amazingly well but as another viewer wrote the fitting to the ear is not as comforable as the better hd555 model for example. The Mid range sound is'nt as good either. The resistance is half that of the better phones so it draws more power and the sound level is lower also. The phone are excellent at low levels but have higher distortions not that I would ever play at the higher sound levels. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
