    The Sennheiser HD 650s are a solid pair of headphones for at-home use. They’re about as good as other higher-end headphones, offering solid audio performance with very little distortion. They’re fairly comfortable, although their pads aren’t as soft as what you’ll find on other high-end headphones. They do have open backs, which gives them a really airy, open sound.     The HD 650s sound mighty fine. In fact they sound better than that. They’re as mellifluous as the hypnotic pipes of Pan himself; they’re the aural equivalent of wagyu beef.     Stereo imaging is also very good, with very decent depth too, always a hard challenge for headphones since most of the cues are mangled in the absence of the crosstalk between loudspeakers which most recordings are created to rely on.     I have had these headphones for about 4 months now and can safely say they are the best headphones I've ever owned. I will start by saying these headphones are NOT meant for use with an iPod or other MP3 players. An iPod only has enough power to properly power small headphones. Headphones of this size need some sort of amplification to truly be taken advantage of. Once properly amplified these are fantastically accurate and a pleasure to listen to.     na 15 jr de sennheiser hd 565 ovation hebben gehad dacht ik kijken of er vooruitgang is. en die is er de senn hd 650! het midden van de muziek ligt helemaal open. Lees Meer

    Als aanvulling op mijn stereo, en om de buren te vriend te houden, leek het me wel handig om een koptelefoon te kopen. Ik ben begonnen met luisteren naar verschillende modellen van oa beyerdynamic, sony en sennheiser, en na een paar luistersessies heb ik de meest veelbelovende mee naar huis gehad om nogmaals te beluisteren.     Very good base that does not distort the upper frequencies. Only minimal distortion in a few songs is noticeable. Go to headroom and look at the frequency response chart and you'll see why. Some of the high frequencies DB are dramatically lower, so if something in the music is that frequency it will be drowned out.     Really comfertable. You can wear them for as long as you want (12 + hours) and you wont get a headace or have the urge to take them off. They are really that comfertable. Nice to have top of the line headphones. I use these at home and cant wait to go home to throw these on and listen to music and games. Wish I could hear all sound like I hear sound through these headphones, if that makes sense. As good as headphones get without getting insanely expensive. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
