From the jargon printed colorfully on stickers hugging the side panels, to the detachable stands that come packed snug in their thermacol factions. There are numerous brands, and even more series of product models by those brands. Today we have Acer, a brand we haven't covered recently, thus it will be a refreshing change, let’s see what their 23-incher, the H233H can do to stand out in the crowd.     Awesome screen for the money...one issue is a small humming noise though. Besides that this screen is big! Its crystal clear, and the internal speakers are an extra bonus. So 4/5 stars...and the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is because of the humming. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    almost a year now with heavy usage and its a great value. i use it for my pc and xbox 360, has nice high res picture. i bought mine on sale last one left for $140 but havent seen any that cheap since, well worth it. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    • most bang for the buck, great picture and colors, multi input and comes with all cables that you need, nice sleek look, convenient built in speakers if u need them
    • havent had anything negative, i love this monitor

    Acer H223H Review While on a valorous and prestigious quest for a quality LCD at a low cost I ran into the H233h when I saw an ad on Best Buy for a 23" 1080P LCD for $169.99. I won't bore you with details, let's just say I bought it. When I got home (8 months ago), the first thing I noticed was it was a pretty good size, had good image quality, brightness, and best of all had good color accuracy. I love it's matte LCD surface.     • Good movie quality (DVD/Blu ray), 1080P, HDCP, above average picture quality, sharpness, and gamma balance.
    • Greyscale is below average

    I used it to connect to my desktop computer. Easy setup and great screen image quality when DVI and VGA input used. HMDI input image quality so so. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    I bought a Samsung 23 Led monitor from Best Buy, Used it for a couple of hours , My head hurt because the text was not clear, tried to adjust the monitor and could not get it right.I played with the Windows clear type settings, still I couldn't get the settings to work, the text was still blurry. I brought the monitor back to Best Buy, and bought the Acer H233H monitor. This monitor was over a hundred dollars cheaper, and has a much better picture quality and text.
