Toon Alle 1 PrijzenLGA1156 motherboards may not have quite the sizzle that their LGA1366 brethren do, but they offer nearly identical features at significantly improved prices. Asus' P7P55D-E Pro is a perfect example of an enthusiast board with the right sort of feature set, stability, and overclocking performance. We also like the fact that the board is carrying USB 3 and SATA 6G; these interfaces will both be ubiquitous in years to come. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
The Asus P7P55D-E Pro managed a hard feat, it surprised seasoned veteran overclockers with it's OCing ability and feature set. It's not a hard fast rule but generally you can guess a boards overclocking ability by it's price range. Once in a great while we see exceptions to that rule and the P7P55D-E Pro is one of those exceptions. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
Summing it all up is pretty easy. The P7P55D-E PRO is a definite winner in our books, with only a few points that hold it back. The power savings is something that impressed hugely, as this was not expected at all, and the P7P55D-E PRO's ability to hang with the Gene in clocks, albeit with slightly less performance, makes this board an option that everyone should seriously consider, whether as a daily driver, or as the foundation for a hardcore overclocking machine. When USB 3 devices hit the market, the board will be ready and only cost a bit more than the comparable non-USB 3 ready board. This was my first build and it went without any problems. RAID 1 setup in the BIOS was simple (once I read the instructions). My build: Core i7 860, 4GB Gskill DDR3, Intel 80GB SSD,(2)Seagate Barracuda 1TB for RAID 1, Coolermaster Gladiator case, Thermaltake 750w PSU. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

I used this board to replace my stock cg 5275 asus system board. That board was an equivilant of a p7h55m. This board was so much better in comparison. I have never overclocked anything till I received this board and this thing makes it automatic. It is really nice. Also supports sata 6 gb/s and has usb 3.0. I have only had this in for a week but absolutely no regrets. I run with a intel i5 650 clarksdale with 12 gb gskill ripjaw at 1333. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
