zit er weer helemaal in. Het spel heeft misschien lichte technische mankementen doordat hij op een oudere console draait, maar de PlayStation 2 staat nog steeds als een huis. Heb je geen PlayStation 3, maar wel een PSP of PlayStation 2? Haal Arctic Edge dan gewoon, want je zult je zeker vermaken. Lees Meer

Hoewel MotorStorm: Arctic Edge niet op de PlayStation 3 is verschenen, kunnen we toch spreken van een topgame. De vertrouwde gameplay is behouden, de tracks zitten weer fantastisch in elkaar, grafisch ziet het er goed uit voor een PlayStation 2-game en de opzwepende muziek geeft een nog beter gevoel van snelheid. Races variëren door de verschillende opdrachten, maar het doel blijft racen om het winnen en die feeling zit er weer helemaal in. Lees Meer

The MotorStorm: franchise made its debut on Sony’s PS3 at launch and a PSP version was released a few weeks ago. For those without either one of those machines MotorStorm: Arctic Edge is now on the aging PS2. The game is a virtual port from the the PSP game and has no online components. Wow. PlayStation 2. It's been a while since I've played a game on the PS2, proper. When my (late) original PS3 was still with us, I would play PS2 games on it and at least smooth out the graphics a bit. The PS2 is definitely a "last-generation" system, and the graphics in MotorStorm Arctic Edge show it. That having been said, the graphics aren't bad for the PS2; it's just hard to go back to the PS2 after you've played games on the PS3. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

I got this game right after it came out for PS2 and a couple months later I got it for my PSP. The graphics are exceptional compared to most PS2 and PSP games, The festival mode has plenty of events, and it gets extremely competitive near the end. The vehicle customizations are endless, and you'll always have something to do with the free play(called wreckreation, yes "wreck"reation)mode.
