    It’s horrifying to think that gladiators really did exist and only lived to tear each other apart, whilst the spectators actually enjoyed the resulting massacres leading us to believe that they were nothing but bloodthirsty animals. Capcom’s Shadow of Rome portrays this brutal part of history in an extremely gory fashion and even throws crowd excitement in for good authentic measure. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    I loved the first Sly and Sly 2 and I like this one. The 3D gimmick wasn't necessary, but the game doesn't suffer. The characters, both main and secondary characters, have lots of personality and this makes the game much more enjoyable. Don't buy this game because you want a platformer.     Sound is also used to good effect, especially the meaty sound of weapons, crunching and slicing through flesh and bone, and also the noise of the crowd, which is wonderful in Dolby Pro Logic II.     From the outset SoR is a highly entertaining game to play. The game is presented very well and there is a great, epic feel of fighting against the odds at many points throughout the adventure. Sure, the stealth sections let down the overall product but gladly these sections only make up a small slice of the overall game and Agrippa takes the forefront throughout.     Shadow of Rome is a pretty good game that will please many gamers. Although the stealth-gameplay gets old real soon, Agrippa's fights for life and death more than make up for that loss.     On the one hand, you'll find yourself filling the role of a gladiator who must fight to survive in the arena and satiate a bloodthirsty audience, beating men to death with your fists, weapons, and your opponents body parts; wrap things up by performing bloody, brutal executions.     I remember seeing this game come out back when I was younger but was put off by the amount of blood shown on the back of the box. Years later and I finally thought it was about time to toughen up and give it a go. Plot: It’s all based around the murder of Julius Caesar. You play the part of two characters.     This is definitely for adults. Pros: If you love blood and guts this is for you Into Roman type settings. You can cut off someone's limb and beat them with their own limb/s. How cool is that huh? Yes, you are right if you have a hunch it is almost like the movie " Gladiator". Slow at the begining, then it picks up speed. Cons: It has alot of loading time. You need to be patient about it.     Shadow of Rome ist für mich eine Mischung aus Geschichtlichen Ereignissen, gepart mit extremer Kampfeslust und natürlich feinster Spürnase im Anschleich-und Belauschmodus. Beim Spielstart seht ihr eine winzige Vorschau, an der ihr schonmal teilnehmen könnt...als Gladiator in Rom. Wenn die Spieloption auf "Standart"steht, dann fließt hier ganz schon viel Blut und einige Körperteile wie Arme und Köpfe fliegen euch nur so um die Ohren (die könnt ihr später auch im...     Where do I start?....WOW! I bought this game when it first came out on the ps2 and loved it, completed it fairly quickly and then did the usual and traded it in for another game when I had finished with it.
