A lot of purists were asking whether a superhero videogame could be delivered without dumbing down the subject matter so that a wide audience gets what it's about. Batman: Arkham Asylum clearly shows that story, setting, mechanics and atmosphere can be combined to show off characters, create tension, offer opportunities for combat and exploration while also staying true to what the main character and his villains are all about. Around a year ago, when The Dark Knight hit cinemas, there was many a musing regarding the lack of a video game tie-in for the blockbuster. Some were disappointed at not being able to recreate the action of the movie in their own home, while others were relieved at the lack of yet another by-the-numbers movie license. Even thought this is a full game, I wish, personally, that it could have been longer because it was so much fun. This tells you everything you need to know on how to survive and succeed in beating this game. It can yet create a co-dependency, but it that can be avoided, this book is a great tool. I'm not an avid gamer, more of a casual gamer, which means I'm not that good-hahaha; so my con about being overloaded with enemies or failing stealth missions may not apply to you hardcore gamers out there. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

- -A bit short story wise; but going back through to find all of the Riddler's challenges, plus the challenges give it good replay value
