While Agfaphoto's AP 2300 looks like a printer from 1995, Canon's Selphy ES30 looks nothing like a printer at all. Still, that could be an advantage if you don't want a big multi-purpose inkjet cluttering up the place, not least since the ES30's upright design means it takes up no more desk space than a portable radio. Ease of use seems to have been Canon's prime consideration when designing the ES30, and it's one of the most idiot-proof printers we've ever seen. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

The Canon Selphy ES30 measures 22cm wide 23cm tall and 12cm deep. You will need maybe 10cm clear in front of the unit as the card stock is turned in mid air from its landscape stored position to its portrait printing position. It weights less than 2.4kilos even when it has a full pack of 50 cards stored inside. This can be connected to a PC using a standard USB cable or direct to a camera using Pict Bridge both these sockets are towards the base of the left side. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

If you plan on hooking this up to your updated Mac with the more recent Lion operating system, you will be out of luck. It won't work. [...] I used my two Selphys on an older iBook for photo booth gigs in the past. But my iBook crashed recently so I got a used MacBook with the Lion OS installed. Only to find out it won't work because Canon does not plan to update several of the Selphy printer drivers. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

Een handige compacte foto printer geschikt voor thuis en zakelijk gebruik. We hebben de printer al divers keren ingezet voor het maken van leuke uitnodigingen, kerstkaarten of postkaarten. Of je nu 1 of 10 foto's wilt printen de Selphy Es 30 laat zich makkelijk bedienen. In de Selphy zitten ook nog een aantal leuke functies die effecten of animatie aan de foto kunnen toevoegen. - niet heel snel waardoor minder geschikt voor zakelijke toepassingen

I Love this product this printer is great its quick and easy to load, I have to take mine to different locations and can do it at ez with this printer. Only negitive thing you have to basicly order ink from on-line cause it is hard to locate at local retailers. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

This is a great little printer for the price. Anytime you need 4x6's fast (about 60 seconds), this is the way to go. It can print DIRECT from the compact flash cards or it can be hooked up to a printer. I've used inkjets in the past but they were too slow. Since this is a Dye-Sub printer, the paper & ribbons are package together in one unit of either 50 or 100 prints. The color of the prints is good and it does have manual corrections if necessary. Mitte Dezember habe ich mir dieses Gerät angeschaft und bin mehr als nur positiv überrascht. Hier meine Erfahrungen im Detail: Lieferumfang: Neben dem Drucker ist natürlich ein Netzstecker mit in der Packung sowie Farbe und Fotopapier für 5 Ausdrucke. Leider vermisst man (wie bei nahezu allen Druckern) ein USB-Kabel (A-Stecker auf B-Stecker um das Gerät mit dem Computer zu verbinden). Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
