    Dissidia Final Fantasy is een uitzondering in de Final Fantasy-serie, maar gelukkig is dit geen slechte ontwikkeling gebleken. De gameplay is vernieuwend en bijzonder goed uitgewerkt. Ook op het technische gebied scoort de game goed, maar als de grafische stijl van het spel je niet aanstaat is het moeilijk om dit te waarderen. Hier en daar kampt de game met kleine probleempjes zoals lag, maar dit mag de pret niet drukken. Lees Meer

    Dissed and dismissed. All right, let’s rip the band-aid off this one quick: If you’re a fan of the Final Fantasy series, you’ve already bought yourself a copy of Dissidia , played through the story mode as Cloud, maybe toyed around with some of the other modes or characters, and then promptly put it down for something else.     • Too many complicated bells and whistles mar the fun; godawful voice acting.

    Het bedrijf Square Enix bedacht voor de Playstation Portable een game die vooral de fans van de RPG serie ‘Final Fantasy’ zou aanspreken. De titel ‘Dissidia’ werd in 2009 ontwikkeld door de studio voor de handheld van Playstation de PSP. Als een van de hoofdgedachte in het achterhoofd concentreerde de ontwikkelaars zich een keer niet op enkel de RPG elementen, maar zou de game ook een heuse actievol fighting game moeten worden.     I have not played most of the games represented by the characters of this one, but Dissidia is a fun, and rather challenging, "fighting" game in its own right. Final Fantasy (-ies?) VII and IX are among my all-time favorite games, and I have some very fond memories associated with X and the remake of III; I wish I had played a few of the others as a child, but regardless, the characters in Dissidia are just as endearing here as they were in their original games.
