Resistance: Retribution is een degelijke shooter voor de PlayStation Portable die, vanwege enkele mankementen, een bruggetje blijft tussen zijn twee PlayStation 3-broers in plaats van een echte brug. Grafisch ziet het er goed uit en ook het geluid is goed gedaan, maar het echte pluspunt van deze game is de zeer uitgebreide multiplayer. Lees Meer

Alles bij elkaar genomen is Resistance Retribution een degelijk en compleet product. De singleplayer is lang en brengt op den duur genoeg afwisseling, terwijl je de game nog eindeloos kunt blijven spelen met de verschillende multiplayermogelijkheden. Het mist echter de overdonderende kwaliteit van een game als God of War: Chains of Olympus en bevestigt tegelijkertijd eens te meer dat shooters op de PSP nooit optimaal zullen werken. Lees Meer

All in all, Resistance: Retribution is a great game. It doesn't set out to shatter any barriers of game design, but is currently one of the very few must-have titles for Sony's PlayStation Portable. It might seem a bit strange at first, but you will certainly get hooked on it, and the urge to fight the Chimera anywhere you go, on the bus, subway or during trips, will be unbearable. Starts off great and keeps getting better. The guys that did Syphon Filter for the PSP did this game. The controls are almost identical but I enjoyed Resistance Retribution much more. If you are a fan of the Resistance PS3 games or Syphon Filter games for PSP you will love this game. I like that you can carry a multitude of weapons unlike in R2. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

Resistance Retribution is een hartsikke mooie game, deze belevenis zul je kunnen zien in andere games maar de pret blijft bloeien. Zeker geen musthave maar wel een mooie game. Deze game kun je wel langer blijfen spelen dan een week, de verveling kan toeslaan, maar zeg nou zelf het is wel de moeite waard met al die huiveringwekkende vijanden! Lees Meer

This game is my absolute favorite game for the PSP. The game is an intense, fast paced, 3rd person, over the shoulder shooter. Nearly every aspect of this game is perfectly made, the graphics, enemy and weapon designs, facility and world designs are all perfect and beyond flawless. Additionally, every aspect and detail of this game is crystal clear, crisp, clean and beautifully crafted. The story line is awesome and is one of the best on the PSP. After a few releases on PS3, it was time for this exclusive franchise to drop an addition on its little brother. Resistance: Retribution on PSP tells a new tale with an equally novel hero. Though James Grayson, British ex-military and now convict, is much more of an anti-hero. With his crude demeanor and crass vocabulary, he will swear up a storm all the way from Rotterdam to Paris, where the story takes place. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

If you like getting shot at while not being able to see where the enemy is, trying to "hurry" to reach a point only to have the character take cover behind some random waist high thing (but not all of them), trying to keep an npc alive as they stand in the open and get shot/killed, keeping that same npc alive only to have them die during the next cut scene or getting within a few feet of the end of a section only to die and have to start at the beginning then you will Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
- It's only ten dollars, nice cut scenes
- Ridiculous controls, ridiculously stupid AI, no save points
