    Connecting to the wireless router in order to use the ADSL line is subsequently a breeze, as I simply had to switch on the radios on both systems, wait for the computer to register the wireless connection and enter the username and SSID found on the underside of the router .     I am not one to EVER write a review, but seeing as how I read most of the reviews on this model before my purchase...my 2 cents might help someone else out. This router was purchased to replace my D-Link which died on me...and what an improvement it was! Super easy and quick installation (not sure what happened with others who purchased this unit). The network was setup and I was able to connect 2 laptops (one of which has Windows 7) in under 5 minutes. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    I bought this router through Amazon. Apparently it is a refurbished unit, although that was not at all clear when I bought it through Quantum Networks. So that means no customer support which I called because there was NO instruction booklet and NO CD ROM. Plus it doesn't have a built in modem like my other router did.     Deze router doet precies wat je ervan verwacht. Je sluit hem aan op je internetmodem en hopla, je kunt overal in huis draadloos internetten, met een prima snelheid. Handig is ook dat je in het routermenu heel simpel bepaalde sites (eventueel alleen op bepaalde tijden) kunt blokkeren, bijvoorbeeld om je kinderen te beschermen of gewoon om van die irritante partypoker-popups af te zijn.     This is my second review of this product! I had major problems when I tried to install at my office with Windows XP (no Setup CD was supplied). The online Manual was not helpful and Customer Service still has not sent the Setup CD. Frustrated, I took the unit home and tried setup with Windows 7. What a difference! Super FAST & EASY!     Overall.. I, without a doubt, got my moneys worth out of my N300 from Netgear. Considering that I was able to setup, run, and nearly forget I even had a router, paired with the performance and initial investment cost of only $60, I would have to rate this router (after setup) as a HIGH RECOMMEND item for both an "every-now-n-then" home, as well as the moderate to moderately-heavy usage homes.
