Lees Meer
It's big, and the buttons are a bit cryptic, but the CanoScan 9000F does a fine job scanning documents, photos, and magazine images. Optical character recognition was spotty at lower resolutions, but seemed to improve at higher resolution; however, the end product of OCR scans comes out in Notepad, which isn't the most useful program ever. The scanner comes with an excellent set of software including Adobe Photoshop elements, which helps defray some of the $250 cost. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
The Canon CanoScan 9000F is a well-reviewed multipurpose scanner with a maximum resolution of 9600 dpi. PCMag.com's M. David Stone says, "it does an extremely good job with photographic prints but is less impressive for film (slides and negatives)." His issues are mainly with usability, not quality. Similar to other models in this class, the 9000F uses an LED light source that virtually eliminates warm-up times and makes for consistent scan speeds. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
A new CanoScan flat-bed photo scanner, the 9000F, has an exceptionally high 9600x9600 optical resolution. It’s priced right, with a list of $249, but how well does it work and what quality of scans does it reproduce from 35mm film? Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
Delivery time satisfactory, Easy to set up and use, satisfactory scan times. Software works good but graphics are primitive, dull, and waste screen space. Was told by Cannon that additional negative and slide holders are not available. Had I known that prior to purchase, I would have bought a different brand with similar specs. Lees Meer
I have good experience with Canon products. I own two Canonscan LIDe 25 scanners and I used them heavily. One of them I take with me when I travel. They proved to be workhorses. The Canonscan 9000f works great and I have been scanning my black and white films. I owned another very expensive scanner, made by Canon's main competitor, and after a lot of use it died. I did not want to spend a lot of money and I purchased the Canonscan 9000f and I am really happy I did. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
I have about 10,000 slides from the old days to scan and was not sure about an inexpensive scanner but this one has changed my mind. I have been impressed so far with the products easy to use and learn. I have never used Photo Shop Elements but within hours I am comfortable with it and doing some great corrections and keeping photos that I may have lost otherwise. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
I was concerned about getting a scanner after not having one for so long, but I couldn't be happier. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
