The Good Nice build quality. Easy to set up. Automated front buttons. OCR and photo editing software included. Can use any scanning software. The Bad EPSON Scan does not yield the best scans. Must spend money on better scan software for best results. I developed an interest in our family's photo history a few years back, so while my sister works in Ancestry and Geni.com to put the jigsaw puzzle of our family together, I supply the photos, when available. The Epson Perfection V600 Photo ($249.99 direct, covered by a standard 1-year parts and labor warranty) is no exception. Prima scanner, de kwaliteit van de ingescande negatievn is zeer goed. Door de ice techniek wordt het aantal krasjes ook duidelijk verminderd. Daartoe in vergellijking met een oudere HPscanner, waarmee ik delfde negatieven zwartwit heb ingescand. Veel mogelijkheden. Voor verbetring vatbaar: de snelheid van scannen. Vooral kleuren dia's dutren erg lang. Strook van 8 negatievn duurt een half uur. Lees Meer

The Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner is easy to use, makes excellent digital pictures of old photographs, and is reasonably priced. The scanner has a large scanning bed that will accommodate pictures up to 8X10 nches. We have not tried slides or other meduim that can be scanned as well. Excellent home photo scanner. Still working with the Digital Ice software, was scanning Parents wedding album. The Pictures over time have cracked. Digital Ice was able to take out about 75% of the scratches Rest need to use Photoshop. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands
- 64000DPI Scan. On Prints i only scan 800 dpi and the quility is amazing, also makes it easier to use in Photoshop (included with printer is Photoshop Elements 9). The ...

Use to make electronic copies and restore old family photos as well as other hard copy items, such as warranties to keep records organized electronically and available for printing.
