    The Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000 is not a feature packed keyboard, but it is a nice no frills compact and mobile wireless keyboard. With additional number pad a user can decide on if a full numeric keypad is needed or simply use the keyboard by itself. The lack of an included Bluetooth transceiver is a con that will alienate users of computers that have no Bluetooth capability, however if a Bluetooth enabled user is looking for a no nonsense compact keyboard...     Battery: The keyboard runs on 3 AAA batteries, which are included. The alphanumeric keyboard runs on 2 batteries, while the number pad runs on 1. There is also a battery status indicator located on the top right of the keyboard.     I own both the Apple Bluetooth Keyboard and the Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard 6000, and while the Apple keyboard feels more solid, I prefer the Microsoft one due to the curved design which makes extended typing much more comfortable. My only minor complaints are the lack adjustable feet to angle the keyboard forwards, and the lack of dedicated Home and End keys. Several reviews have mentioned a long delay waking up the keyboard after it has gone to sleep. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    MICROSOFT WIRELESS DESKTOP ELITE KEYBOARD. Soms wordt je stapelgek van alle snoeren/snoertjes bij je computer. Veelal verkort ik ze en bind ik deze weg met een zogenaamde tyrip, zodat ze niet meer storend in de weg liggen. Alleen de verbindingssnoeren van het toetsenbord en de muis blijven altijd een doorn in het oog.     This was so close to becoming my full time keyboard. I work about 12+ hours a day on the pc and need a lot from my keyboard. It had a good feel to the keys and was easy to type on. It took a little while to get use to the ergo design but after a few hours I liked it better than the old design. It's thin and easy to type on. I also switch my mouse hand often and love that you can switch the number pad to either side. The biggest drawback was the Bluetooth. Lees Meer Translate to Nederlands

    • Blue Tooth auto shut off. There is a big lag when it comes back on.

    I can see why this product wasn't popular at the original price. Overall a good product, but there are some things that could be improved. I moved to this from the MS 4000 keyboard for the slim profile and bluetooth connection. I'm an IT professional using this keyboard almost 5 hours a day.(7.5 hours a day if my boss happens to read this review) It is nice being able to use the keypad with the left hand.     Nice keyboard, like the low profile. Better price than we found anywhere else for this model. As with the nature of bluetooth devices, it goes to sleep on it's own and wakes up again after hitting a couple keys. Very good and responsive, and doesn't take up much space.
